Summary










Provides strategic oversight and development of company international B2B and B2C marketplaces including proactive account management of key international ecommerce customers websites i.e. Amazon and other Ecommerce distributors. Helps to manage and improve CambroShop Ecommerce B2C Marketplace platforms in Europe to increase sales and profitability. Will develop promotional plans with regional sales managers. Will be responsible to manage the digital intl. marketing budget.
Utilizes technology tools like Salesforce.com CRM and Microsoft PowerBi to provide sales analysis to improve product category sales and help develop B2C country specific sales strategy improvement and to support global sales team and key ecommerce customers.
Also, responsible for communicating and coordinating updates on the company website, evaluating, analyzing, making recommendations for in-stock program, Sku rationalization at global warehouses.
Will be responsible for coordinating with the Marketing team, coordinating digital sales promotional marketing materials, C&C packaging, communicating all new product launch information and training materials to the international sales team, distributors, design consultants and key end customers.
Will prepare digital files and negotiate and work with vendors for various marketing projects i.e. producing international price lists, digital literature, brochures, social selling flyers while managing expenses.
Responsible for managing and coordinating international tradeshows and sales meetings budget, planning international sales training seminars at company training centers, coordinating customer visits, negotiating with vendors and suppliers.
Responsible for managing and reporting distributor rebate programs with Accounting Team to ensure key partners get paid promptly.
This position reports to Director of International Business Development and VP Intl Sales and will be the key point person to liase with and coordinate communications with our marketing support team and pricing and marketing teams in Europe and Asia.
















Essential Functions












Ecommerce
Provides support to Cambro B2B and B2C Ecommerce marketplace platforms in Europe and China and to distributor websites and ecommerce platforms by identifying sales opportunities and makes recommendations for improvements.
Will need to learn and become proficient using all marketing tools provided by Magento Cloud to optimize promotional activities to drive sales on cambroshop.com and oversee in-roads to other markets in Europe.
Manages marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and new product launches across all e-commerce channels in Europe. Coordinates all promotions with pricing manager.
Collaborates with ecommerce website developer, graphic designers, overseas offices to improve website designs, user experience, landing pages
Comprehensive knowledge of current and future trends and advancements in e-commerce industry in order to drive new business opportunities, grow and drive audience engagement and sales that improve ROI
Uses Social Media Platforms to increase customer engagement and improve branding internationally.
Salesforce and Power BI
Responsible for providing comprehensive sales support, technology support and training assistance utilizing Cambro's CRM and Microsoft Power BI for our Global sales team.
Identifies and makes recommendations for improving Power BI reports and Salesforce dashboards. implementations to support future sales growth.
Ability to analyze and interpret trends in various datasets to provide actionable data and makes recommendations to support business initiatives.
Works closely with IT, Accounting, Data Analytics Teams, Marketing and directly with our international sales team to create and support new and existing initiatives.
Ability to create and work efficiently with excel files, to creates sales reports for International Sales Managers and to share with other departments.
New Products and New Marketing Initiatives
Works closely with marketing team and product managers to ensure that new product information and any new Marketing Initiatives are communicated to our international sales team and customers located abroad in timely manner.
Communicates to team to address needs, provide project visibility, and ensure accountability.
Creates, manages digital marketing projects from initiation to completion by collaborating with internal marketing team, hiring and working with agencies and working with freelancers to develop creative social content, based on sales team needs for Social platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, WeChat...
Conducts Sales Technology trainings and responsible for onboarding new hires.

Website Update
Works closely with USA team to keep China website and International Websites as updated as the US website for consistent branding and messaging.
Communicates new updates and changes to the team in China and to internal responsible person.
Responsible for ensuring that all new information such as new product launches, new company information, Product Sales Trainings, new marketing tools and digital selling tools are communicated effectively to the international sales team and customers located abroad using our Teams Platform.
Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, and dependable in order to meet the needs of the department and the organization.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Some travel (up to 20%-25% required to visit key customers, conferences, trade shows, meetings and other Cambro facilities.
Strong presentation skills; enjoys presenting to all levels of management and customers. Strong Awareness and sensitive to other cultures and language capabilities

Must be able to work overtime as needed, remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.
